Psalm 91

Whoever dwells in the shelter 

Of the Most High God will rest 

For the shadow of the Almighty, 

Is both a refuge and fortress 

Surely, He will save you 

From the enemy's destruction; 

Like a sparrow beneath His wings, 

You will find protection 

His faithfulness will be your shield 

And also, your defense  

You will not fear the night nor day, 

Nor plague, nor pestilence  

Thousands may fall at your side 

To you, it will not come close; 

You will only observe  

The wicked be disposed  

If you say, "The Lord is my refuge",  

No harm will come upon you 

And you make the Most High your home, 

No disaster will overtake you 

He will command His angels to guard you, 

To lift you so you won't stumble 

You will walk where lions roar; 

The serpent, underfoot, you will trample 

"Because he acknowledges Me, 

I will rescue and protect him; 

I will answer when he calls, 

Deliver and honour him" 

"I will be with him in trouble; 

With long life, he'll be satisfied; 

I will show him the salvation 

Of the Lord Almighty, Most High"
