Bow Down in Silence, to Hear

Do not bow down to a carving, 

But carve out time to be near 

The God who created and knows you; 

Bow down, in silence, to hear 

For God speaks to those who are listening 

To His voice and not a stranger's 

He leads them to salvation, 

Away from the enemy's dangers 

He brings life and life abundant  

He lays His life down for theirs 

With His own blood, He bought us 

See how much the Good Shepherd cares  

He opens the eyes of the blind 

And leads them by His strong hand 

Believe in the good He has done 

Follow closely to His peaceful land
